- I am a San Diego-based yoga instructor serving multiple communities at multiple locations. I have multiple accreditation in children’s yoga, and my E-RYT200 and RPYT (perinatal) with Yoga Alliance. My original RYT200 is from the Himalayan tradition-based Yoga Well Center of San Diego and the RPYT is from Becalmed Yoga. I most recently received my 65 hour certification from Yoga Heals Us in Therapeutic Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis (aka Teaching Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis). I have a vested interest in understanding and explaining the connection between yoga functional movement to maximize the mind/body/breath experience.
